I made these cakes simply prepare a sponge cake filled with chocolate pudding and whipped cream covering them. The wafers were respectively Pooh sugar (the first) and host (the second). In spite of what I found written on some sites, I find that to be much better to host the wafers, as those of sugar tend to melt easily and stay attached to the plastic film.
